Brie Ann Seyfang

Sleep Consultant and Postpartum Doula

Hi there! I’m Brie Ann, a postpartum doula and sleep consultant with over 13 years of experience working with infants/newborns to 4 year olds.

I am passionate about helping families learn about different ways they can help their little ones get a good night sleep! I remember being tired as a new mom of a newborn and not getting enough sleep every night. Sleep deprivation is not a good place to be in!

I started my journey as a young student going to college to become a RN. I soon realized after working with an agency as a Postpartum Doula for families with multiples that gentle sleep training and newborn education was something that I loved! After being with that agency for 12 years I gained a lot of hands on experience that I used with my own babies and families that I work with today.

My Family

I have been married to an amazing man for almost 25 years and we have 3 gentle and kindhearted children who bring me so much joy! My oldest child has started a family of his own and has two boys, my middle child is attending a local college so I get to see her everyday, which I love, my youngest is a adventurous 14 year old who loves to read and dance. We are a homeschooling family and have been home schooling since 2004. As a family we love go-karting, watching movies and playing games and of course…going on vacations every summer! My favorite vacation so far has been going to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! I enjoy going on walks, reading, baking and getting together with friends at a local coffee shop.

We live in a small, cute rural town that smells like cows and sugar beets! The best part though is the deer that like to hang out in my backyard- I love nature! I have lived in the big city but my heart loves the small town slower pace of life where people have time for others!

I would love to get to know you better as well and hear your heart and listen to your sleep struggles! Schedule a FREE Sleep Evaluation Call and let’s get your little one sleeping better tonight! Sleep deprivation doesn’t have to be part of your story!
